Menu: Bathers Pavilion will present a bespoke three-course menu, each course composed to flatter its wine — from an opening Champagne through two vintages of Pontet-Canet standing side by side, to a Mystery Wine revealed only at the table, followed by the golden depths of a Château de Fargues 2011.

The evening will also include the intronisation of some new members — a highlight of our calendar and a moment of true fellowship.
